Pets

Pets are welcome for a housekeeping fee of $25.00 per day for your first pet and $10.00 per day for each additional pet. We request that you control your pets. Any lost revenue due to complaints relating to animal noise from other guests in the hotel will be charged to your room.

Seasonal Reservation & Cancellation

December 25 - January 1, 2008 - 60 Days
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Advance payment for the entire stay will be processed 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit their advance deposit. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged at the time of booking.

January 1 - April 30, 2008 - 30 Days
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Advance payment for the entire stay will be processed 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their advance deposit. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged at the time of booking.

May 1, 2008 - November 23, 2008 - 48 Hours
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Advance payment for the entire stay will be processed 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit their advance deposit. Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged at the time of booking.

November 24 - December 24, 2008 - 30 Days
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Advance payment for the entire stay will be processed 30 days prior to arrival.
